Jumpstart Your AJO Implementation With Playbooks



In Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) you have the option to turn on ‘Playbooks’ as part of your setup.  AJO Playbooks are pre-built, customizable templates to help marketers quickly set up and deploy customer journeys for some of the most widely used messaging activities. These playbooks are designed to streamline the process of creating personalized experiences by providing a starting point with pre-defined components, such as audience segments, content, triggers, and actions.

How the AJO Playbooks Work
